The item I want is out of stock. Can I pre-order?

Unfortunately we do not take any pre-orders. If you sign up for the back-in-stock notification on the product page, you will receive a notification when the item comes in stock.

How often are items restocked?

Depends on the items. Knives and dinnerware would take longer to be restocked since the manufacturers spend many processes to produce these items.

Why do you limit quantities for certain products?

We need to set the maximum purchase quantity due to the supply chain shortage and make it available for everyone.

Do you restock [Clearance] items?

The products marked as [Clearance] are the last of the stock that is only available for sale at a reduced price and will be discontinued.

I want to exchange but the size/color is out of stock. Can I choose a different size/color?

Unfortunately, We do not proceed with exchanges. We will refund the order subtotal for you to order the new item when it comes back in stock.
